A reputable supported housing association is currently recruiting for a Housing and Support Delivery Officer in the Norfolk and Suffolk area. This is a temporary contract covering a staff absence.
Length: July to End of August 2026 - ASAP Start
Rate: £18.14 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week – 09:00am to 17:00pm | Hub Home Roam
The role involves:
*Undertake meaningful Support Planning and Keywork sessions with customers, ensuring that individuals can adhere to the terms of their occupancy agreement, are signposted to relevant services and supported to get involved in the wider community
*Undertake customer signs ups, settling in and routine visits, swiftly addressing tenancy related concerns
*Complete property inspections and compliance checks in line with policies, immediately taking action where necessary and reporting outcomes to the Property Services Team
*Take proactive action to ensure customers pay their rent and services charges
*Manage allegations of anti-social behaviour Undertake legal casework where necessary and present in court, to ensure recovery of debt and address anti-social behaviour including eviction action
Additional requirements:
*UK Drivers Licence
*An enhanced DBS ideally from within three years or willingness to obtain one
