Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering compliance and advisory services
*Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
*Provide tax planning advice on restructurings, R&D claims, and other advisory projects
*Support and mentor junior members of the tax team
*Liaise directly with clients and HMRC on complex tax matters
Requirements*CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
*Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
