This is a varied, high-profile role, supporting the CEO, that combines senior executive support, team leadership and business coordination within a collaborative corporate environment.
The Role*Providing high-level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
*Leading and mentoring a team of Executive Assistants
*Coordinating executive and board meetings, including preparation and follow-up
*Acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, board members and internal stakeholders
*Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and executive priorities
*Overseeing business-critical projects and ensuring key initiatives remain on track
*Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times
About You*Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives within a corporate environment
*Previous experience leading or mentoring administrative support teams
*Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
*Professional, forward-thinking and highly proactive
*Confident managing senior stakeholders and competing priorities
*Able to handle sensitive information with complete discretion
*A positive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for executive support
