Graduate Accountant skills:*A high-calibre graduate (ideally a 2:1 or First Class degree, although attitude and aptitude are far more important than university name).
*An ambitious finance professional with some practical experience who may already have started ACCA or CIMA and is looking for a stronger platform to continue their career.

*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
