Morgan Hunt are recruiting a Business Management Lecturer delivering Access to HE Diploma in Business Management at an FE College in Greater Manchester for the new academic year in 2026
Business Management Lecturer
Basic Job Description
*Start date 17 August 2026
*4 days a week - 30 hours a week (7.5 hours per day) Monday to Thursday
*Teaching the Access to HE Diploma in Business Management
*Teaching to Adult learners, level 3 and 4
*Working from home on Thursdays for marking and prep
*Ongoing long term sickness at least until December/ Christmas time, could be extended
*£32-40 pound per hour
*FE College in Greater Manchester
*Must have experience of delivering Access to HE diploma in Business Management
*Must have DBS on the update service
Responsibilities of this role as a Business Management Lecturer:
*Working in the Business Department, you will be working with a variety of learners and be expected to meet the College’s standards of work
*Providing additional tutorial and pastoral support to students across the College as required
*Delivering Access to HE Diploma in Business Management to level 3 and 4 adult learners
Requirements of this role as a Business Management Lecturer:
*A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential
*Experience of delivering the subject.
*Business Management/ Business studies or similar related qualifications to degree level is essential
*A current DBS on the update service
