Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy client are a world-renowned sporting organisation who are looking for an interim ER Advisor to work within their dynamic and thriving HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional to join a busy , vibrant and fast paced organisation to add real value!
*ASAP Start
*2 - 3 Months
*£27.00 -£29.00 per hour
*4 days Office Based / 1WFH
*Flexibility with hours
What you will be doing:
*Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on employment law and people policies, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures, and equality matters
*Supporting fair, consistent, and legally compliant decision-making across the business
*Identifying employment law risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies
*Coaching managers on best practice and employment law processes
*Monitoring case trends and using data insights to drive improvements and compliance
*Supporting the wider HR team with Employee Relations administration and processes
*Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and HR best practice
What we are looking for:
*Proven experience in an Employee Relations-focused role
*Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
*Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
*Experience in retail or hospitality environments is advantageous
