Full job descriptionBusiness Development Manager, Care Equipment, North of England, £40,000 Basic + £700 PCM car allowance + annual profit-related bonus typically of £5K to £6K per annum plus above average pension and holidays. This is an extremely rewarding Business Development role with a market-leading manufacturer of specialist care equipment. It is a highly consultative and non-pushy sales role that is better suited to an altruistic individual looking for a gratifying role rather than one with large bonuses.

We are looking for a "field sales warrior" who thrives on being out on the road, managing a large pipeline, and proactively generating appointments. This is a field-based role covering a large territory, so regular overnight stays are required. We’re looking for someone with extensive field sales experience, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a proven ability to manage their own time and diary. Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus, but being an outstanding field sales professional is the most important criteria.
