We’re recruiting for multiple Customer Service Administrator positions with a well-established organisation based in Redhill. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organised and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!


Customer Service Administrator (Temporary)
Redhill, Surrey
£13.50 - £15.50 per hour
Temporary Contract | September/October Start | Approx. 6 Months
Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm


What you’ll be doing:
*Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and written correspondence.
*Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
*Liaising with internal departments and third parties and provide updates.
*Processing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.
*Updating internal systems with detailed notes and case information.
*Supporting the wider team with general administration duties.
*Ensuring all work is completed in line with service standards and deadlines.


About you:
*Has previous customer service and/or administration experience.
*Is confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
*Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Is organised, proactive and has great attention to detail.
*Enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions.
*Can manage a busy workload while remaining calm and professional.
*Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
