Full job descriptionAre you highly organised, proactive and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a motivated Project Administrator to become an integral part of their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple Project Managers, ensuring projects are well organised from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
*Coordinating project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
*Managing multiple inboxes and keeping communications organised.
*Preparing project packs and site documentation.
*Uploading and managing documents via client portals.
*Arranging site access, permits and licences where required.
*Raising purchase orders and supporting project administration.
*Acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders.
*Answering calls, handling enquiries and providing general office support.
*Assisting the Office Manager and helping with additional administrative tasks as required.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are organised, dependable and eager to learn. Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential—we’re equally interested in individuals with the right attitude and willingness to develop.
You’ll ideally have:
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Great attention to detail.
*Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
*The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
*A positive, flexible and team-focused approach.
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
