SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a leading primary school in Westminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, supportive school where you’ll play a key role across the curriculum, supporting teaching and learning while developing your own skills.
The RoleAs a HLTA, you will:
*Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher’s absence.
*Support whole-class teaching and learning.
*Lead small group and intervention sessions.
*Work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment.
*Provide high-quality classroom support across the school.
*Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant.
*Is confident leading whole-class learning.
*Has excellent behaviour management skills.
*Is proactive, organised and enthusiastic.
*Has a genuine passion for primary education.
*Holds HLTA status (desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience).
