SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Ealing for a Part-Time Admissions & Attendance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator looking for flexibility while remaining at the heart of a busy school environment.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the school office, with a particular focus on:
*Managing pupil attendance and following up absences.
*Supporting the school’s admissions process.
*Liaising with parents and external agencies.
*Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school’s MIS.
*Providing general administrative support to the wider office team.
*Delivering excellent customer service to families and visitors.
Working PatternApproximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around either:
*Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-12:15pm (preferred), or
*Two full days per week (approximately 7:45am-4:30pm).
The role is available from September for at least the Autumn Term, with the potential to continue beyond.
The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience working in a school office.
*Has experience with attendance and/or admissions.
*Is confident using school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).
*Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Can build positive relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
*Is proactive, professional and enjoys working as part of a team.
