Pay: £12.83 per hour
Overtime: £19.25 per hour

We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Tow Motor Driver to join our client’s busy and friendly team in Gaydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse or production experience looking for stable, full-time work with regular hours and an early finish every Friday.
Shift Pattern
*Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
*Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
Key Responsibilities
*Delivering parts to the production line using a tow motor
*Operating a tow motor safely and efficiently
*Picking, packing, and handling stock accurately
*Line walking and general warehouse duties as required
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
*Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly
*Liaising directly with the client regarding daily operational requirements
*Supporting colleagues to meet production targets and resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
*Previous warehouse or production experience is essential
*Experience operating a tow motor is advantageous
*A Counterbalance Forklift licence is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided for the right candidate
*Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
*Good spoken and written English, as you’ll be communicating directly with the client
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
*Reliable, hardworking and a team player with excellent attention to detail
