CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Mansfield, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their busy Property Department on a short-term basis to provide holiday cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team, taking over an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
The Role*Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
*Providing a seamless handover and ensuring continuity of service throughout the assignment.
About You

To be successful, you will have:
*Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
*The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Availability from Monday 3rd August to Friday 19th August.
