Job Description:
Full job descriptionAre you looking to build a career in HR within a friendly, supportive team? We’re recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford, and while HR experience is a bonus, what matters most to them is finding someone with the right attitude, who’s organised, adaptable, and a great fit for the team.
In return, you’ll join a business that genuinely looks after its people, including a fantastic 33 days holiday allowance, so you can properly switch off and recharge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
*Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
*Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
*Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
*Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
*Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
*Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards
What We’re Looking For:
*HR experience is desirable but not essential - we’re just as interested in your attitude and potential
*Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
*Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
*Able to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
