The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating lets, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and supporting the continued growth of the lettings department.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings, securing offers wherever possible
*Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
*Generate new lettings instructions through business development and relationship building
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
*Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

*Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record
*Ability to generate new business and win instructions
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
*Self-motivated with the ability to work towards targets
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Smart, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude
