The role
As a Family Solicitor in Aberdeen, you’ll advise clients across a range of private family law matters while delivering practical and compassionate guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on separation and divorce matters
*Assisting clients with financial provision and asset division issues
*Managing child-related matters where appropriate
*Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider family law team
*Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice
About you
This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:
*Has 2+ years’ PQE in family law
*Is confident managing a varied caseload
*Has experience advising on divorce, separation and financial matters
*Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
*Can work independently while contributing to a wider team
*Is empathetic, organised and solutions-focused
*Takes a proactive approach to client service and business development
