Are you looking for a finance role where you can genuinely leave your mark rather than inherit layers of process and beureaucracy?
Reed are currently partnering with a growing SME based in Lincoln who are looking for a hands on Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in their future.
You’ll be expected to work closely with the business owners and take full ownership of the finance function as well as building a finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing the day-to-day finance function
*Producing accurate management information and financial reports
*Supporting business growth through financial planning and analysis
*Developing processes and controls as the company expands
*Becoming the superuser for the company’s ERP system and Xero
*Working closely with operational teams across the business
*Helping build and develop the future finance team


This role would suit an individual who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved. The business isn’t looking for someone overly corporate or hierarchical – they need a practical, approachable finance professional who can operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on.
You’ll likely have experience as a:
*Finance Manager
*Financial Controller
*Senior Management Accountant ready to step up
