Job Description:
Full job descriptionThis is a great role for someone looking to get into the fashion industry, who is very personable, and has a good personality, and willing to work hard. To be the face of the company for visitors and callers; to ensure the smooth running of reception and the office; to work closely with the company’s different teams, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
*Assisted directors and senior team members with daily administrative and personal tasks
*Booked travel arrangements/ coordinated team schedules
*Handled front of house duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing emails
*Prepared meeting rooms and assisted with meeting setup
*Serve as the first point of contact for office management processes
*Distributing daily incoming and outgoing mail, taking mail to the post office
*Maintaining office supplies and equipment including day to day relationships with suppliers and contractors
*Helping with general office duties within different departments when needed
Person Specifications:
*Must be extremely well presented
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
*Previous admin or reception experience is a must
*Be able to work in a busy environment
