Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Horsham.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries and employee relations concerns.
*Monitor sickness absence and provide necessary support to employees.
*Conduct exit interviews and health questionnaire conversations to gather insights and improve practices.
*Manage and support the Access People XD system, including issues resolution, updates, and reporting.
*Facilitate people-related communication initiatives throughout the year.
*Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
*Support disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience as an HR Advisor.
*CIPD Level 5 qualification.
*Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and a curious mindset.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Confidence in using systems and generating reports.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
