Location: Field Based – Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Surrey

About the Company
Our client is a well-established and respected business with a strong presence across the UK retail sector. They partner with leading retailers, independent stores and forecourts, providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their successful sales team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business. You’ll manage an established territory covering most of Berkshire, South and Central Buckinghamshire, South-West Hertfordshire, West and North-West Greater London, Northern Hampshire (around Basingstoke), and parts of Oxfordshire and Surrey, growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow an existing customer base.
*Identify and win new business opportunities.
*Build strong customer relationships through regular visits.
*Achieve sales targets and maximise account performance.
*Ensure products are well merchandised and available in-store.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
*Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
About You
You’ll have:
*Previous field sales or customer-facing sales experience.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A proactive, target-driven approach.
*Good organisational and IT skills.
*A full UK driving licence.
