Description
*Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
*Analyse current workflows and recommend solutions for optimisation.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
*Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of implemented improvements.
*Provide training and guidance to staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
*Develop and maintain documentation for new and updated processes.
*Support compliance with industry standards and regulations in all initiatives.
*Utilise data-driven approaches to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:


*A strong foundation in industrial or manufacturing processes.
*Green belt Six Sigma
*Worked with value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, Step process, 5S, Process flows, Lean Audits
*Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
*Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
*Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
