What you’ll be doing:
*Full 360 Ownership – From winning clients to placing candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle
*Business Development – Build your own desk through networking, outreach, and market mapping
*Client Relationships – Be the go to talent partner for your clients, delivering tailored hiring solutions
*Candidate Engagement – Source, screen, and guide top tech professionals through their job search
*Performance-Driven – Meet targets, celebrate wins, and take your commission to new heights
*Stay Ahead – Bring insights and knowledge of your market to the table, making you a true industry expert
Who We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (ideally in IT or tech – but we’re open to strong billers from other sectors!)
*A natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
*Resilient, driven, and ready to grow a desk you can call your own
*A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
*Proactive, entrepreneurial, money hungry and up for a challenge!
