Meraki Talent is growing, and we’re taking our international recruitment team to the next level. We work with some of the biggest names across professional services, including consultancy, advisory, audit, legal, and corporate services.

After more than 10 years of building a strong reputation in the UK, we’re now seeing more opportunities globally and want to keep growing our international presence.


We’re looking for an International Professional Services Recruiter to join us in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting global roles, connect with people from all over the world, build your own network, and help amazing companies find the right talent across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and offshore markets.


What You’ll Be Doing:

· Finding and connecting with talented professionals across international markets
· Building relationships with candidates and understanding what they’re looking for in their next move
· Using LinkedIn, networking, research and referrals to find the best people
· Building strong relationships with companies across professional services
· Understanding their hiring needs and helping them find the right job and area to live
· Giving advice on the market, candidates and recruitment strategies
· Looking after roles from start to finish
· Speaking with candidates, arranging interviews and keeping everyone updated.

· Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

· Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
· Interested in international business and global careers
Recruitment experience is ideal, especially within professional services, executive search or specialist recruitment, but attitude, ambition and willingness to learn are just as important.
