The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while supporting clients through the litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution
*Conducting Sheriff Court and ASPIC litigation
*Drafting court documents, pleadings and client correspondence
*Appearing in court where appropriate
*Instructing and liaising with Counsel
*Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims
*Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
*Has at least 1 year’s PQE in personal injury litigation
*Has experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases
*Is confident managing their own caseload
*Has experience with advocacy and instructing Counsel
*Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
*Is organised and capable of managing competing deadlines
*Is comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
