Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to an exceptional standard
*Deliver a warm, professional and attentive customer experience at all times
*Assist with the service of food and refreshments for clients and colleagues
*Maintain the highest standards of presentation, food safety and hygiene
*Keep coffee machines, counters and service areas clean, organised and fully stocked
*Operate equipment safely, reporting any faults or maintenance issues promptly
*Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
