Description
*Provide legal advice on rural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
*Advise clients on agricultural law, including land use, tenancy agreements, and related disputes.
*Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation with precision.
*Assist clients with succession planning and estate management for rural properties.
*Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and policies.
*Represent clients in negotiations and mediations to achieve favourable outcomes.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality legal services.
*Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to provide comprehensive solutions.
Profile
A successful Rural Solicitor should have:
*Qualified solicitor status with c. 3-5 years expertise in rural and agricultural law or commercial property.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in contract drafting and review.
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with clients.
*A proactive approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
*A collaborative mindset to work well within a professional services environment.
