Our client is looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining sales, customer service, administration, and general site responsibilities.

Working Hours*40 hours per week
*Shifts scheduled between 9:00am and 7:00pm
*Weekend working on a 1 in 4 rota (approximately 10:00am – 5:00pm)
*Two weekdays off when working a weekend
Key Responsibilities*Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
*Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
*Maximise every sales opportunity while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
*Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
*Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain high standards of presentation and housekeeping throughout the site.
*Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
*Support the wider team with day-to-day operational duties.
*Take responsibility for the site during periods of lone working following full training.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales environment.
*Excellent communication and listening skills.
*A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
*Confidence working towards individual and team sales targets.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Comfortable working independently as well as part of a close knit team.
*A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends on a rota basis.
