Business Development Manager – High Earnings – Pudsey, Leeds
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a genuine high earnings opportunity with uncapped commission and excellent career progression?
BDC Sales Consultancy is one of Yorkshire’s fastest-growing outsourced business development consultancies, with ambitious plans to become the UK’s leading business development consultancy within the next five years. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team based in Pudsey, Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships and working in a rewarding high earnings environment.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
*Identify and secure new partner businesses across the UK.
*Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and proactive sales activity.
*Build relationships with business owners, Managing Directors and senior decision-makers.
*Present BDC’s outsourced business development services.
*Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial agreements and win new business.
*Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM.
*Represent the business professionally at meetings and networking events.
About You
To be successful, you’ll have:
*Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, New Business Manager or B2B Sales Executive.
*A successful track record in business-to-business sales.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
*Confidence dealing with senior decision-makers.
*A proactive, target-driven approach.
*Full UK driving licence.
