What We’re Offering
* Location: Menston, Ilkley — 10 minute walk from Menston train station with direct services into Leeds and Bradford
* Salary: £25,000 per year (pro rata for part time)
* Holiday: 30 days per year

* Bonuses & Commission: Performance-based bonuses and commission structure
* Hours: Full time and part time roles available
* Working Pattern: Office based initially, with the potential for flexible hours and hybrid working as you settle into the role
The Role
Avails Energy is a young, ambitious energy consultancy and we’re growing. We’re looking for a detail-focused Pricing Administrator / Operations Administrator to join our team in Menston.
This is a data and admin-led role — you’ll be processing energy pricing information, maintaining our CRM system, and working in Excel day to day. Accuracy and concentration matter here; the figures you handle directly influence the quotes we send to clients.
As a small, fast-moving business, we also need someone willing to get involved beyond their core remit. If you spot something that needs doing, we want you to get stuck in. There’s real opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Processing and managing energy pricing data accurately and on time
*Maintaining and updating client and supplier records in our CRM system, such as HubSpot
*Using Excel to organise, check, and present pricing information
*Supporting the preparation of client-ready quotes and proposals
*Flagging and resolving discrepancies in data
*Assisting with operational and administrative tasks across the wider business
*Contributing to process improvements as the business develops
What We’re Looking For
*Strong attention to detail — essential for this role
*Comfortable working through data-heavy or repetitive tasks with care and focus
*Good working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
*Organised, reliable, and methodical
*Happy to get involved in other parts of the business — this isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit in a silo
*Experience in the energy industry (supplier or broker side) is an advantage but not required — full training provided
