I’m working with an innovative research organisation seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of site operations across laboratory and office environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilities professional with a background in regulated, technical, or scientific environments to play a key role in supporting critical research activities.

Key responsibilities:
*Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
*Overseeing contractors, service providers, and site services
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
*Supporting laboratory infrastructure, utilities, and critical building systems
*Driving facilities projects, improvements, and sustainability initiatives
Ideal background:
*Facilities or Estates Management experience
*Experience within laboratory, research, healthcare, or technical environments
*Strong contractor, compliance, and budget management skills
