Full job descriptionAlexander Lloyd are partnered with a well-structured Pensions organisation that are looking for a Pensions Business Analyst to join on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based Hybrid from their London office once a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
*Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and understand business needs.
*Creating and maintaining current-state and future-state process maps and supporting documentation.
*Work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design practical, scalable process improvements.
*Supporting the delivery of transformation and change initiatives across the business.
*Translating business requirements into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
*Useing data, insights and process analysis techniques to inform decision-making.
*Contributing to the development of improved customer and colleague experiences.
*Supporting the implementation, monitoring and measurement of process improvements to ensure benefits are realised.
About You
You are an experienced (Pensions) Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. You have a proven ability to analyse complex business processes, engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver meaningful change through well-designed solutions.
You will have experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into practical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
