We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a high-quality residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous concierge, security or customer service experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:*Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
*Monitoring access to the development and maintaining site security.
*Conducting regular patrols of the building and reporting any issues.
*Managing parcel and key handling procedures.
*Responding promptly to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
*Liaising with contractors, emergency services and the management team when required.
*Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records.
*Ensuring communal areas remain safe, clean and presentable throughout the night.
Requirements:*Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house or security role.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A professional appearance and positive attitude.
*Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
*Good IT and administrative skills.
What’s on Offer:*£30,000 per annum.
