The role of Project Manager - Dry lining & Partitions will involve:
*Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects.
*Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
*Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
*Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required.
*Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Dry lining & Partitions with:
*Must have Project or Contracts Management experience within the Construction industry
*Highly advantageous to have experience with one or more of the following: building products, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, steel framing systems, flooring, painting, plasterboard or a related interiors/finishing trade products
*Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
