Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Birmingham to recruit an ambitious Account Executive to join a growing inside sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its commercial function, offering structured coaching, genuine career progression and the chance to become part of a high-performing sales environment.
As an Inbound Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for converting warm enquiries into new business. You’ll engage with organisations that have already expressed an interest, understand their requirements and guide them through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to signed agreement.
The Role
*Manage inbound sales enquiries from prospective customers.
*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
*Build value throughout the sales process.
*Close new business opportunities.
*Maintain an accurate pipeline using Salesforce.
*Produce accurate sales forecasts.
*Take part in daily coaching and ongoing development.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous B2B sales, telesales or inside sales experience.
*Experience closing sales over the phone.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
*Organised with excellent pipeline management.
*CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, would be advantageous.
*Motivated by personal development and continuous improvement.
