Job Description:
Full job description Fantastic opportunity to join a facilities management group on a three month rolling contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for Capital and Lease Accounting. Three days working from home and 2 days office based in South East London. Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Part Qualified Accountant Role :-
* Maintain the fixed asset register
* Reconcile fixed assets
* Update lease schedules
* Record right of use assets and liabilities in the general ledger
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaise with procurement to track capital spend for cashflow forecasting
* Support month end and year end
Requirements of the Part Qualified Role:-
* Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
* Experienced in capital and lease accounting
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong ERP systems exposure
* First rate communication skills
