Full job descriptionHR Advisor (Employee Relations)Remote | 6-Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate
We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers, providing expert advice and taking ownership of a varied ER caseload. If you’re passionate about delivering practical HR solutions and building positive working relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
HR Advisor - The RoleAs part of a busy and supportive HR team, you’ll provide expert guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters, ensuring managers are supported through formal processes while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing a wide-ranging Employee Relations caseload from initial advice through to resolution.
*Advising on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.
*Conducting workplace investigations and preparing clear, well-reasoned reports and outcome documentation.
*Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people issues.
*Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice that balances organisational objectives with employee wellbeing.
*Contributing to continuous improvement across HR processes and policies.
HR Advisor - About YouWe’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can quickly establish credibility and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
*Demonstrable experience handling complex Employee Relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries.
*A sound understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
*Previous experience working within both public and private sector organisations.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, approachable style.
*An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting people and bringing teams together.
*CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
