Full job descriptionKMD Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly successful, long-standing client to recruit a Finance Manager on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Covering a period of maternity leave, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a market-leading business and make an immediate impact. St Austell area.
*** 50,000+ DOE, WFH days, well established team***
Your key duties as Finance Manager will include:
*Production of weekly and monthly financial reports.
*Business partner with stake holders to drive performance and cost efficiencies.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
*Deliver commercial insights to support decision-making.
*Drive financial controls, cost management, and continuous improvement.
*Support the Site Leadership Team with strategic financial guidance.
In order to be successful in this role your will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
· Exposure to similar role within industry/FMCG environment
· Part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent exposure
