As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children’s learning and emotional development
*Assist during lessons, promote engagement and help with behaviour management
*Build trusted, supportive relationships with students
*Work alongside experienced teachers, therapists and SEN professionals
