We are recruiting Ad-hoc Teaching Assistant Supply staff to work on an ad-hoc basis in Primary Schools in Cardiff from September 2026. Whether you’re studying a teaching, education, psychology, childcare, or related degree, or simply looking for 2-3 days of work each week, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying complete flexibility.
Supply work allows you to choose when you work, making it ideal for students, aspiring teachers, or experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a better work-life balance.

We’re Looking For in an Ad-Hoc Teaching Assistant*Experience working with children or within a school setting is desirable
*Students studying an education-related degree are encouraged to apply

*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
Essential Requirements*Enhanced DBS Certificate
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
