Location: Colliers Wood
Salary - £24,000 + Commission (OTE £55,200
5 Day week - Monday to Friday: 9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week.
Company Car / Car allowance

Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service and client interaction.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to drive their career forward. You will be joining a hardworking team, who have a great working relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting all aspects of the Sales and lettings department and drive business growth.
*Consistently securing new sales and lettings business in line with monthly targets.
*Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.
*Arrange and carry out property viewings, providing expert advice to prospective buyers and tenants.
*Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
*Monitor local property market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
*Always ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent knowledge of the Southwest London property market.
