Our client is an established, award-winning company specialising in premium residential and commercial decorating and refurbishment projects across London.
Working with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers and commercial clients, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service and beautifully finished spaces.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager, or someone earlier in their sales career who is ready to develop into the role.
The Role
This is a relationship-focused sales position where you’ll play a key role in generating new business and nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive growth while providing an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Responsibilities include:
*Identifying and developing new business opportunities
*Building relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, estate agents and private clients
*Managing inbound enquiries and converting leads into projects
*Preparing quotations and proposals
*Maintaining and updating the CRM system and sales pipeline
*Attending client meetings and site visits across London
*Networking to generate referrals and new opportunities
*Working alongside project teams to ensure a seamless client journey
*Developing repeat business and long-term partnerships
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience in sales, business development or account management
*Experience within construction, property, interiors, architecture, design & build or home improvement is highly desirable
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Commercial awareness with a proactive attitude
*A genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business
What’s on Offer
*£35,000 to £50,000 basic salary depending on experience
