Our client, a highly regarded and well-established estate agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead their lettings team in Crawley and drive continued growth and performance.
The Package
*Basic salary £30,000, with realistic total earnings of £55,000 - £60,000 including uncapped commission

*Deliver exceptional lettings expertise and service to customers
*Manage business profitability and drive business development
*Generate new leads and boost overall performance
*List properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental price
*Motivate, coach and manage your team, including running morning meetings
*Stay ahead of market trends to become the go-to local expert
*Work closely with your team to match properties with the right tenants
