We are currently recruiting for an Self-employed Estate Agent for our Estate Agency client based across Hertfordshire.

A high-performing, premium independent estate agency currently operating across Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Northwood, Croxley Green, Pinner and surrounding Hertfordshire postcodes is expanding. With a strong reputation in the mid-to-upper market and outstanding client satisfaction ratings, the business is now seeking a commercially driven Senior Partner to lead and grow a local hub.

THE OPPORTUNITY

COMMISSION ONLY ROLE _ SELF EMPLOYED

This is not just another agency role. It’s a leadership position for an experienced operator who wants to build, scale and benefit from their own business within a proven model.
You’ll run your own pipeline while leading a future team of self-employed agents—driving performance, culture and growth.

THE ROLE
*OTE £100,000 - £175,000 (uncapped)
*Average fee £7,500
*Guarantee of £2,000 per month for first 4 months

*Lead weekly in-person hub sessions focused on training, deal progression and performance
*Recruit, mentor and develop a team of self-employed property professionals
*Maintain and grow your own personal sales pipeline and instructions
*Set the tone, standards and output of your hub
*Operate with full autonomy while contributing to wider business growth
POTENTIAL EARNINGS & UPSIDE
*Personal production (3 deals/month): ~£194,000 annually
*Team override (4 agents): ~£34,500 annually
*Total potential: £225,000+
No territory restrictions. The business you build is yours.
