Basic Salary £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months) | Realistic OTE £40,000
Our client, a highly regarded and well-established estate agency with a strong local reputation, is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Negotiator to join their team and help drive branch performance in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
The Package
*Basic salary £23,000, with guaranteed earnings for your first 3 months while you settle in
*Realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 including uncapped commission
*Car allowance of £2,500, or a company car
*33 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday
*Holiday commission, pension and life insurance
*Financial sponsorship for Propertymark (EA) qualifications
*Company rewards and incentives, plus a structured career path
*Employee Assistance Scheme
*Paid entry fees for charity events
*5-day week including some Saturdays (working pattern: 3 on, 1 off)
The Role
*Advise vendors on marketing strategy to achieve the best possible sale price
*List properties and win new instructions
*Build a strong local reputation by staying ahead of market trends
*Generate new leads and business to keep the pipeline full
*Match properties to buyers and manage the sales process closely with your team
*Support branch management and contribute to profitability
*Step up to run morning meetings and support the team when the Branch Manager is away
About You
*Skilled at building relationships and converting valuations into instructions
*Driven, self-motivated and thrives under pressure
*Genuinely customer-focused, with a strong work ethic
*Operates with honesty, trust and respect
*Full UK driving licence essential
