Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking to join a growing construction company where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments while progressing your career?

Work alongside an experienced site team, taking responsibility for setting out, surveying, site coordination and programme delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately and on schedule. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and given opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.
The day to day of this role includes reading and interpreting construction drawings, setting out works, coordinating subcontractors and materials, monitoring project progress, maintaining site documentation, promoting SHEQ standards, and working closely with the Site Manager to deliver successful projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Engineer on residential projects, strong technical and organisational skills, and the ability to take ownership of their work while building positive relationships on site.

The role:
*Site Engineer
*Residential and commercial construction projects
*Setting out, surveying and site coordination
*Monday to Friday
*Based on sites across the East Midlands

The person:
*Degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering, Construction Management or similar
*2-5 years’ Site Engineer experience (residential)
*Setting out and surveying experience
*Full UK driving licence and relevant site certifications
*Based in or willing to travel across the East Midlands
