Full job descriptionTenant Data Collection Officer Location: Nottinghamshire
Rate: Up to £26.00 per hour
Contract: 12-week temporary contract , potntial extension
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Tenant Data Collection Officer to join a busy Housing team on an initial 12-week contract.
This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for improving the accuracy of tenant records, engaging directly with residents and ensuring housing data is complete, up to date and compliant with GDPR requirements.
Key Responsibilities*Identify gaps in existing housing and tenancy data.
*Collect and update tenant information using a variety of methods, including home visits, surveys, interviews and document reviews.
*Maintain accurate tenant records across multiple housing systems.
*Produce reports and monitor data quality.
*Create and distribute surveys using Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
*Build positive relationships with tenants, providing excellent customer service and signposting where appropriate.
*Liaise with internal teams to support data collection initiatives.
*Ensure all data is collected, stored and managed in line with GDPR and data protection legislation.
*Follow lone working procedures and risk assessments when carrying out home visits.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in an administrative, housing, customer service or data collection role.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with members of the public.
*A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
*The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as the role involves visiting tenants in their homes.
