*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support informed decision-making.
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting and finance processes.
*Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors.
*Support strategic planning by providing detailed financial analysis and insights.
*Ensure timely submission of tax and VAT returns in accordance with applicable laws.
Profile
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
*Proven experience in management accounting within the property or related industries.
*Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and Excel.
*Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
*Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
