As a result of continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help expand their footprint across the US market.

The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment position.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Winning new business across the US market
*Building long-term client relationships
*Managing the full recruitment process from qualification through to placement
*Headhunting high-calibre candidates within engineering, technical sales and service functions
*Growing your own specialist vertical within the processing and packaging machinery sector
*Becoming a recognised market expert
You’ll be recruiting roles such as:
*Sales Engineers
*Business Development Managers
*Territory Sales Managers
*Mechanical Engineers
*Controls & Automation Engineers
*Field Service Engineers
*Service Managers
What We’re Looking For
We’re far more interested in attitude and recruitment ability than specific sector experience.
You’ll likely be:
*An experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
*Comfortable working a 360 desk
*Confident winning business and developing client relationships
*Self-motivated and capable of working remotely
*Commercially minded with strong communication skills
*Someone who enjoys building a niche rather than chasing volume
Experience recruiting into engineering, manufacturing, industrial, automation, machinery, technical sales or the US market would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
