Full job descriptionNewly created opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join a busy internal Talent Resourcing team working for a leading International Law Firm at Partner level.
The Resourcing coordinator will be an integral part of the team, working alongside 3 Managers and supporting with lateral partner recruitment campaigns. This will include:


*Supporting HR and Practise leads with the preparation of business cases for Partner hires
*Market mapping and competitor research
*Managing the candidate experience from end to end for potential Partner hires
*Coordinating interviews
*Internal stakeholder communications to practise groups to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
*Liaising with, and contributing to relationships with executive search and recruitment agencies, overseeing and coordinating briefings and managing contracts


We are looking for a detail focused and results driven individual who has either gained experience of working with senior level stakeholders in a recruitment environment (either in-house or agency), or someone who has completed their law degree/conversion course and is looking for a contract role prior to starting a training contract. This could also suit a highly organised individual who has gained admin experience in the legal sector.


Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice. The role is being hired as a 12 month FTC although there is flexibility on the length of the contract for the right person.
