Key ResponsibilitiesIn your day-to-day role, you’ll:

*Configure and pre-commission market-leading instruments before shipment.
*Assist clients with equipment setup, calibration, and training both remotely and on-site.
*Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and troubleshooting materials.
*Support firmware and software updates while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
*Travel for customer demonstrations or site visits to deepen their understanding of the technology.

Who We’re Looking ForThis is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional with:
*A Degree (or Equivalent) in:*Electronics Engineering
*Acoustical Engineering
*Audio Engineering
*Instrumentation
*Electrical Engineering

*Alternatively, equivalent technical experience in instrumentation or measurement systems is welcomed.
While not essential, preference will be given to candidates with:
*Experience with scientific or industrial instrumentation.
*Customer-facing troubleshooting expertise.
*Proven ability to remotely diagnose technical issues.
*Hands-on experience with equipment installation and commissioning.
